Party Hearty All Night Long

HOMECOMING is this Friday, October 12, 2007!

Before the Homecoming Game the Touchdown Club is sponsoring a BBQ Cook-off. Any and all entrants are encouraged and invited. $30.00 is the entry fee. An authentic LHS helmet is the prize! Judging will take place at 6:15PM. Call Jamal Bender for details: 601-319-6527.

After the Homecoming Game the Touchdown Club is sponsoring a Dance. Any and all are invited! JT will be the DJ. We'll dance at Watkins Woods until midnight, or until the police shut us down! Don't miss it, and tell your friends and Tornado supporters.

Our Winning Ways Continue

We're 6-0, and nobody but the Coaching staff had any idea it was possible! It is great to be a Laurel Tornado. Way to go boys, we are PROUD of you.

To compliment our continuing win streak, we are selling the "100 Years of Football" t-shirts and auto flags like mad. If you want a t-shirt or flag, either can be purchased at the attendance office at the high school. Spread the word. The word on the street is that there a bunch of potential buyers out there and they don't know where to get the merchandise.

Important Touchdown Club Meeting

The Tornadoes have a plan to win the football game and the Touchdown Club has a plan to win the party! Come help us prepare for the very big, very important game at home this week against West Jones High. We will meet, just like every week, Tuesday evening at 6:30PM in the Library.

We will honor former Tornadoes, football players and cheerleaders, in a pre-game ceremony. Spread the word! Meet at 6:30PM Friday night in the Jimmy Bass Memorabilia Room. The ceremony will be at 6:45PM, at mid-field.

The Touchdown Club needs your help. This will likely be the most well attended of the season. Both Laurel and West are 3-0! Come Tuesday and Friday if possible.
